1. Master the Foundations (40h Pre-Recorded Course)
   Learn the Set 1 Master Course step by step at your own pace.
2. Start Coaching Halfway Through
   Once you’ve learned the 18 movements, you’ll book your first one-on-one session to correct errors before continuing into the second half of the course.
3. Continue with 9 More One-on-Ones
   Across 10 private sessions (Zoom, recorded for review), you’ll refine form, embody the principles, and build teaching confidence. Extra sessions are available if needed.
4. 100 Hours of Personal Practice
   Over 6 months, you’ll complete 100h of practice, ensuring the art settles into your body and Qì.
5. Certification Exam
   When ready, demonstrate your skills. The exam is pass/retake: you refine until your form meets lineage standards.
