What's included
Taiji Qigong Shibashi Set 1 Foundational Course 143 videos, 18 hours of curriculum covering everything you need to establish correct practice. The course introduction and history of the system, foundational principles and exercises, and the complete Set 1 form: all 18 movements with correct structure, alignment, upper and lower body coordination, and basic breath connection. This is the course content that underpins every live session.
Daily live practice sessions, Monday through Friday Two sessions run each weekday. One in the morning, one in the afternoon depending on the day. Sessions are on Zoom, 30 minutes each. The practice is live and it happens whether you are there or not. That is what makes showing up matter.
Community forum A space inside the Qigong18 Academy where members ask questions, share their practice, and engage with each other and with Fabrice between sessions. The forum is where the learning that happens in practice gets reflected on, discussed, and deepened.

Your guides
Fabrice Piché has been teaching Taiji Qigong Shibashi since 2012. He is one of two Westerners personally authorized by Professor Lin Housheng, creator of the system, to organize, promote, and train teachers in the complete system. He leads the afternoon and evening sessions, bringing the depth of direct lineage transmission to every practice.
Ying Tan has been practicing Qigong since 2017 and teaches Taiji Qigong Shibashi under Fabrice's guidance. She is currently completing her Traditional Chinese Medicine studies, graduating in 2028. As a mother of two, she practices Qigong not as an escape from daily life but as a way to stay centered within it. She leads the weekday morning sessions, offering a grounded and accessible start to every practice day.
Why there are no replays
A recording of someone practicing Qigong while you watch from your couch is not practice. It is observation.
These sessions are scheduled so that you have a reason to be at your Zoom at a specific time, standing, ready to move. The accountability is built into the format. A replay removes it entirely.
The course content is in the foundational curriculum, available any time you want it. The live sessions are for practice. Those are two different things and they are designed to work together, not substitute for each other.
